Black Hat Stage Coverage in Riyadh 4.

IDEAS provided stage filming and audiovisual support for Black Hat in Riyadh across the 2022, 2023 and 2024 editions. The scope included session recording, live streaming and photography, alongside sound, lighting and display screen setup.

Scope of Work

• Multi-camera filming: Six professional cameras captured speakers and presentations from different angles across the main stage and parallel sessions.
• Stage audiovisual setup: Multi-channel sound systems, professional lighting and high-resolution display screens supported presentations throughout the sessions.
• Live session streaming: Sessions were streamed across multiple platforms, with coordinated transitions following the event programme.
• Photography and video documentation: Event photography and video content documented the conference for use after the event.

Project Deliverables

The project produced session recordings, photographs and video content documenting speakers and presentations. These materials formed a visual archive for future event communications and marketing.

Combining multi-camera filming, live streaming and audiovisual support, this project demonstrates IDEAS’ experience in event and conference media coverage in Saudi Arabia.
