Cityscape Stage Coverage in Riyadh

IDEAS delivered video coverage of Cityscape’s stages in Riyadh. The project included filming the main pavilion, sessions and related activities, alongside sound and lighting support, live streaming and short-form video production for digital marketing.

Scope of Work

• Filming and documentation: Capturing the main pavilion, sessions and related activities with professional cameras to document the exhibition.
• Stage sound and lighting: Coordinating sound systems and stage lighting to support clear presentations and speaker visibility.
• Video content production: Creating short videos highlighting the event for use in digital marketing.
• Live session streaming: Delivering live streaming of the main sessions so audiences could follow the content remotely.
